Senior Director, Business Development

Managed all aspects of new business development for Apply Digital, an end-to-end digital transformation partner, for our enterprise clients in North America.  I spearheaded the comprehensive GTM strategy for the Sports & Entertainment and B2B sectors. My work involved defining our market position and overall messaging, presentation and pitch materials, and fostering key partnerships to drive demand and pipeline growth.  I developed strategic partnerships and co-selling strategies with modern eCommerce partners (Commercetools, BigCommerce) and CMS partners (contentful, contentstack).

Senior Director, Strategic Alliances

I led the recruitment and management of strategic SI and technology partnerships in North America. My work directly contributed to significant revenue growth, creating a multimillion-dollar sourced & influenced pipeline that led to over $1 million in closed deals within my first nine months. As a testament to my ability to drive new business, I also sourced and closed a landmark enterprise deal with Samsung, successfully launching a new search product offering for the company.

Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships

I developed and executed the North American go-to-market strategy for channel, leading the cross-functional effort to lay the initial foundation and launch of the company's first certified partner program. My work included recruiting and managing initial strategic partners, such as RGA, SapientRazorfish, and Wunderman Thompson, which directly contributed to building the sales pipeline and generating revenue.

I was responsible for generating new business through our strategic partner network in the Eastern US. I consistently exceeded my annual sales quota, generating $4.5M in total revenue in 2015 (150% to plan) and earning President's Club status for 2+ consecutive years. My success was further amplified by my ability to build and manage a high-performing team of channel sales executives for Tier II agencies, consistently leading them to surpass their revenue targets.
